SHIPPING & RETURNS

US Domestic Shipping

We currently offer US Domestic Shipping at an additional cost which will be calculated at check out. Orders typically will ship within 7 business days of purchase via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Prints typically will ship within 7 business days of final printing via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be provided once the order ships. Should there be an additional shipping charge or delay, we will contact you immediately before processing your transaction.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered at this time.

Returns

We do our best to show all artwork accurately, but please understand that colors may vary from screen to screen. If color accuracy is a concern, please feel free to reach out so we can further discuss your questions and concerns prior to purchase.

If your purchase was damaged in transit, please email us at kevinhetzelart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Damaged prints, stickers, and gift items will be refunded or replaced. Refunds for damaged original artwork will be processed after artwork is returned. Photos showing proof of damage will be requested before a return can be processed.

All original work is considered FINAL SALE.
